Paul’s primary role is managing the performance of the team’s internal delivery for our clients.

Paul has over 15 years’ experience learning and development, and during this time has held roles as an Assessor, as an IQA, as well as an Area Manager and as an Operations Manager.

The development through these roles has given Paul a wealth of knowledge and experience that enables him to offer and provide dedicated support, advice and guidance where it’s required.
